The Southwest Utah Microloan Program aims to create and retain permanent, long-term jobs within Southwest Utah by providing financing to qualified businesses for a multitude of activities.

Funding is available for entities in Beaver, Garfield, Iron, Kane and Washington Counties. Our financing is offered in microloans, which can provide up to $50,000 as the sole primary lender, or provide gap financing up to that amount as a secondary lender subordinate to other primary commercial funding. Loans made through the Program are intended to alleviate shortfalls in commercial financing and assist borrowers who may have difficulty when pursuing traditional funding routes. Funds are repaid into the program and recycled to other businesses, which functions as an ongoing job creation and retention program.
